- Take 2 tbsp soy sauce (I always use Pearl River Bridge dark but that’s just our preference)
- Make ready 1 (120 g) packet black bean sauce
- Prepare 450 g ready-to-wok noodles

Combine mirin or white wine, orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes and water in a small bowl. Pork stir-fries work well with many different cuts.
