- Now add 2 medium chopped tomatoes and green chillies to it.
- Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder and salt to taste
- Now add roasted mashed eggplant to it…and saute it on medium flame.
- When it leaves oil…means your bharta is ready..and garnish it with coriander leaves.
- For navratn missi roti. - Take multigrain flour in a bowl and add chopped Capsicum,spring onion,ajwain,mustard oil,green chilli,coriander leaves to it.
- Make a dough of the above ingredients.
- Heat a pan and roll that small ball from the dough to a chapati.
- Serve it hot with the ghee/butter on top..
