To prepare the lobster, separate the claws from the tail. Crack the claws with a rolling pin and pick out the meat. Arrange the radicchio and green beans on two serving plates, top with the potato slices and finally the chilled lobster. Drizzle over the rest of the dressing, top with the reserved basil leaves.

- Put Spring mix or any mixed salad in a mixing bowl
- I had fake lobster in my hand, I added that in to my greens.
- Have some oil heated in a frying pan, fry asparagus about 3-4 mins. Add to greens.
- Cut some feta, crumble, mix with greens
- Wash some grape tomatoes add into the bowl, drizzle olive oil, and lemon juice and taste with salt. That is all.
- I didn't have red onions at the moment, still was delicious !
