Stir in the onion and celery and slowly cook until soft. Mix the eggs and chicken stock into the breadcrumbs. Tasty and easy to make to serve with roast chicken or turkey. Remove from oven, cool in dish. Serve slices of stuffing with roast chicken or turkey.
