- ❤️इसी समय जब ये गैस पर है,आप मिश्री रोटी को डेकोरेट कर दे। - ❤️बादाम चूरा,केसर,मिश्री और इलाइची से चाहे जैसे सज़ा ले। - ❤️हाथ से थोड़ा सा दबा दे। - ❤️इसको बनने स में चार पांच मिनट लगेगा। - ❤️फिर भी आप चेक करते रहे,साइड थोड़े ब्राउन होते दिखेंगे। - ❤️पलट कर नहीं देखना है। - ❤️गैस बंद कर दे और तवे पर ही इसे ठंडा होने दें। - ❤️पूरा ठंडा होने पर सावधानी से निकाले। - ❤️मिश्री रोटी तैयार है। - ❤️खाएं और खिलाएं। - - Note.. - गरम गरम को तवे से ना निकाले,अन्यथा ये टूट जायेगी। - आंच slow ही रखे,नहीं तो नीचे से जल जायेगी।
