Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix well, cover and cook on a low flame for a couple of minutes. Keep stirring in between. Add little water. Cover and cook until the chicken is done.
- Next add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and saute for a while. Add garam masala powder. Mix and remove from the heat, keep aside.
- Now make four equal sized balls of the dough. Roll each ball to make big chapati with the help of a rolling board and rolling pin.
- Heat a griddle over a medium flame and place a chapati on it. Toast each side of chapati with 1/2 tsp oil till light golden brown spots appear on both sides.
- Now on a hot chapati arrange some cooked chicken mix in a row/line. Add chopped coriander leaves, sliced onion and tomato sauce a little. Roll the chapati firmly and wrap one half of the roll with tissue paper. Fold the bottom part of the tissue paper inside the roll. Repeat the process to make similar chilli chicken roll with rest of the chapati and chicken mix.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any chutney of your choice.
