  4. Lightly spray fillets with the nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Bake (uncovered) at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until the fish starts to flakes with a fork.
  6. Enjoy

Sprinkle with Parmesan towards the end of baking. After reading other reviews that said it was bland, I added creole seasoning and it still was.not. Beat the eggs in a third bowl. Bread the fish by giving the strips a good coating of the seasoned flour. Baked Parmesan Catfish is a quick, low calorie, sodium, and low saturated fat recipe.
