  8. Put the lid on and bake it in 180°C oven for 30 minutes. Place the bread loaf on a cooling rack to cool down first before slicing it. Enjoy.

Bread machine with large bread pan. I made this to use some wholemeal rye flour that came in my organic flour boxes. Cover with a clean damp towel and let rise til double. Punch down; shape into loaf and put in greased loaf pan. Cooks Note: If you want your bread to rise higher and be lighter, scald the milk.
