  7. Get Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix)
  8. Prepare *Suggested additional ingredients: Shiitake, Shimeji, Beansprouts, Bok Choy, Garlic Chives, etc

Carrots: Peeled and cut into thin strips, carrots will soak up the flavor of the broth while lending their fantastic sweetness. Spicy Miso Ramen with Roasted Chili Salmon (or tofu!) and bok choy, mushrooms and scallions. Vegan and Paleo adaptable- swap out zucchini noodles or kelp noodles to keep carbs low.   1. Cut all Vegetables and Pork into the size that is easy to eat.
  2. Place Water, Carrot and Cabbage in a large saucepan or pot, and bring to the boil.
  3. Once boiling, add Instant Ramen Noodles. When Noodles are half cooked, add Pork and Spring Onion, then add Soup and Seasoning. Cook until Pork is cooked and Noodles are soft.
  4. Sprinkle with Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix) and enjoy immediately.
